Just as our sorbets were arriving, chef grabbed a microphone
and began singing about zucchini flowers. He is from South Africa,
of Irish descent, and has been living in Tuscany for over 20 years.
Proceeds from his unusual CD go towards children’s charities in
S. Africa.
