Remove
the headers and footers:
--In Internet Explorer, go to File - Page Setup and delete the information
in the Headers and Footers boxes.
--In Netscape, go to File - Page Setup and uncheck the boxes under Header
and Footer.

If
you have problems check your printer settings and/or printer manual. Use
good quality paper and the highest quality print settings for best results.
